Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including experience with VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Experience in outbound communication, including cold calling and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, reseller portals, or product catalog systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in data handling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Excel-based reports tracking sales data, cost changes, POS performance, and operational metrics using advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP and data modeling functions.
- Analyze and organize large datasets using structured templates to generate clear insights and performance summaries.
- Manage reseller and manufacturer portals, including product listings, catalog updates, inventory tracking, and content uploads.
- Support backend operational workflows by ensuring accurate and timely updates across multiple systems and platforms.
- Conduct outbound communication, including cold calls and follow-ups with reseller representatives and internal stakeholders to align on objectives and updates.
- Assist sales teams with coordination of account activities, presentations, training materials, and performance reporting.
- Support PIM system updates, including product data, imagery, and content management.
- Contribute to process documentation, SOP creation, and continuous operational improvements.
