- Experience in fast-paced settings, preferably fintech with Go stack
- Hiring, development, performance, and delivery management skills
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to build partnerships
- Strong technical background and development experience
- Ability to participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical solutions
- 4+ years of experience as a Go developer
- Experience in building and optimizing development processes (planning, decomposition, retrospectives)
- Diplomacy and the ability to advocate for your position and the team's interests with well-reasoned arguments
Responsibilities
- Lead the team: manage delivery, prioritize new features demanded by product teams, while contributing to development as needed
- Develop talents: provide feedback, enable growth for colleagues, support the team, and mentor
- Strengthen the team: reinforce for scaling, ensure smooth rotations with mobile squads, and foster a healthy, non-burnout culture
- Overseeing team performance, ensuring on-time project delivery aligned with business goals
- Solving complex challenges and ensuring high-quality solutions
- Implementing and evolving backend services in Golang, closely aligned with the platform Delivery team's architectural direction
