Requirements

  • 3+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company working for NAF countries
  • Experience of achieving results on international markets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients (retail and institutional)
  • Leadership Skills and holistic Business Development vision
  • Proven track record of proactive Sales and Business Development competency
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment
  • Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus
  • Fluency in French, English, Arabic and Berber is required
  • Turkish language will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in development and implementation of Go To Markets strategy.
  • Building and managing a portfolio of mid-level and high-level company partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
  • Handling partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Formulation market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, and event teams.
  • Participate in related industry and partner events in the form of expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions (a low to moderate level of short-term traveling may be involved).
  • Helping both new and existing partners to increase their Trading Volume USD.
  • Retaining existing partners and helping them achieve new levels.
  • Attracting and qualifying new partners to a specific level.
  • Reaching KPI targets set by the manager. Desire to exceed targets.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or required to support business needs.
