  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to take direction and execute with precision
  • Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment
  • Experience using the SalonBiz software in a salon is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Passionately supporting SalonBiz’s commitment to creating an outstanding experience for each of our customers
  • Taking calls, emails, and text requests from SalonBiz customers
  • Answering questions and working to resolve issues
  • Ensuring customers have the support they need to be successful
  • Software training for customers
  • Mastering the SalonBiz solution to provide customers with guidance on how to best use our product
  • Providing technical support and application installs specific to SalonBiz
  • Learning Oracle SQL developer
  • Expressing empathy for each customer's situation and working to understand and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
  • Reducing cancellations by solving problems and offering solutions to customers experiencing any issues
