Requirements

  • Ability to work 25 hours/week, preferably 5 hours/day Monday through Friday
  • Ability to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday
  • Prior experience in customer service helpful
  • Superior communication skills, especially writing
  • Ability to express complex subjects in a simple way
  • Grasp of retail and business challenges
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to wear many hats (billing, semi-technical, setup)
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to embrace occasional repetitive tasks
  • Ability to get to the root of issues and ask probing questions

Responsibilities
