Requirements

Ability to work 25 hours/week, preferably 5 hours/day Monday through Friday
Ability to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday
Prior experience in customer service helpful
Superior communication skills, especially writing
Ability to express complex subjects in a simple way
Grasp of retail and business challenges
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to wear many hats (billing, semi-technical, setup)
Ability to work well within a team
Ability to embrace occasional repetitive tasks
Ability to get to the root of issues and ask probing questions

Responsibilities
