Technology at IntellaTriage

You will utilize state-of-the-art technology, primarily our IntellaHub platform. This system is purpose-built for home health and hospice workflows. It lets nurses access patient information, follow customized triage protocols, and document directly into EMRs. The platform uses AI-supported workflows, providing real-time data and communication features. We integrate with leading EMR systems like Homecare Homebase, ensuring continuity of care. Your comfort with technology and electronic medical records is crucial here. We craft innovative solutions to deliver efficient, patient-centered care remotely.
