Requirements
- Associate Degree (or higher) preferred
- 15 years of active-duty USAF Enlisted experience in selected career field
- Competent in online navigation and use of Google Suite of services
- 10 years of Military Technical reading/writing
- Demonstrates clear and effective written and online communication
- Ability to clearly and professionally convey information
- Attention to technical and written detail
- Significant documented Air Force Specialty Code training
- Career Assistance Advisor (CAA) or Airmen Development Advisor (ADA) experience preferred
- Staff or Instructor Tour preferred
- Bachelor's Degree (in English/Writing or AFSC field preferred)
- Basic Instructor / EPME Instructor / Facilitator preferred
Responsibilities
- Review employer-provided material to determine key points for content creation using an internet-connected computer (BYOD).
- Review/Create content in the employer-provided web portal, providing in-depth coverage of material on career examinations and other topics.
- Create content in technical English, following industry-appropriate grammar, spelling, and language conventions.
- Submit work for approval and make all required changes, accepting feedback during the review process.
- Provide a minimum of 20 hours per week of content creation within employer-provided guidelines (defined writing standards).
