Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with Oracle Health EHR system
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage frequently changing priorities
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams including key stakeholders and customers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation
Responsibilities
- Contributes to completion of device engineering workstream programs and projects
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex device engineering workstream problems
- Perform complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end
- Oversees complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining biomedical and end user devices with customer
- Prepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to device engineering projects
- Oversees continual maintenance and provides complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problems
- Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology, especially biomedical and end user devices and the Oracle Health EHR system
- Works cross-functionally with other program workstreams such as cyber and implementation
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- May serve as a team or task lead
