Requirements

  • 10+ years of paid media leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel paid practices at scale
  • Experience managing middle managers (Associate Directors, Group Directors, or equivalent) with teams of billable consultants
  • P&L ownership experience, including responsibility for gross margin and commercial outcomes
  • Fluency across multiple paid channels (search, social, programmatic) with sufficient depth to inspect strategy and execution credibly
  • Demonstrated experience developing middle managers into senior leaders
  • Agency or consulting background (preferred)
  • Experience integrating Creative into Paid Media practices (preferred)
  • Experience managing programmatic at scale, including DSP partnerships and first-party data strategy (preferred)
  • Track record of building inspection and quality control systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own a ~$15M P&L spanning Paid Media, Programmatic, and Creative
  • Ensure client outcomes, retention, and quality of work across all three pillars
  • Lead through Associate Directors, developing them into strong operators and quality owners
  • Inspect work at critical client lifecycle moments to ensure quality and meet standards
  • Drive operational leverage through Associate Directors by establishing cadences and coaching
  • Maintain cross-functional credibility and alignment across Paid Media, Programmatic & Creative
  • Manage pricing, staffing, and resourcing decisions for the P&L
  • Monitor client health, proactively address risks, and support expansion opportunities
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and participate in key meetings
  • Develop Associate Directors into effective leaders and quality drivers and build a leadership pipeline
