Requirements

  • 10+ years of paid media leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel paid practices at scale
  • Experience managing middle managers (Associate Directors, Group Directors, or equivalent)
  • P&L ownership experience, including gross margin and commercial outcomes
  • Fluency across multiple paid channels (search, social, programmatic)
  • Ability to inspect strategy and execution credibly across channels
  • Demonstrated experience developing middle managers into senior leaders
  • Agency or consulting background (preferred)
  • Exposure to B2B, B2C, or performance-driven client portfolios (preferred)
  • Experience integrating Creative into Paid Media practices (preferred)
  • Experience managing programmatic at scale (preferred)
  • Track record of building inspection and quality control systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own a ~$15M P&L spanning Paid Media, Programmatic, and Creative
  • Accountable for client outcomes, retention, and quality of work
  • Lead Associate Directors who manage billable consultants
  • Inspect work at critical points in the client lifecycle (sales-to-ops handoff, kickoff, strategy review, QBRs, renewals)
  • Define and reinforce quality standards across teams
  • Develop Associate Directors into strong operators and quality owners
  • Maintain cross-functional credibility and ensure alignment across Paid Media, Programmatic, and Creative pillars
  • Manage pricing, staffing, and resourcing decisions
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as an escalation point for priority accounts
  • Develop Associate Directors into effective leaders and quality drivers
