Requirements

- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Workflows, Custom Objects).
- Experience integrating VOIP systems (RingCentral) via middleware.
- Comfortable working with APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript for custom logic (significant advantage).
- Background in Sales Ops or Growth Engineering.
- Ability to identify and solve manual bottlenecks with AI solutions.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities for automation impact across the sales funnel.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical architecture.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering for reliable and structured LLM outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-driven workflows for lead generation, qualification, and initial outreach, automating the "MQL to SQL" handoff.
- Transform HubSpot into an active sales assistant by implementing AI-assisted lead scoring and automated follow-up logic.
- Bridge the gap between VOIP (RingCentral), CRM, and AI models using N8N, Zapier, or Make for seamless data flow.
- Utilize AI models to analyze historical sales data and create high-accuracy forecasting dashboards.
- Act as an internal consultant for sales and marketing teams, translating complex AI capabilities into high-impact workflows and documenting "playbooks".
