Requirements
- Experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Governance, or Risk Management
- Strong understanding of exposure and security risk management
- Strong data-driven and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to design and run cross-functional security processes
- Experience working with external security providers
- Strong communication and executive-level reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Exposure Management service portfolio
- Define and maintain end-to-end processes for vulnerability, bug bounty, and pentesting services
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Ensure transparent, data-driven & risk-based reporting to management
- Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs for exposure reduction
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of services and Helvetia's exposure
- Participate in on-call duties (extra paid)
