Requirements
- Strong experience in product management at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to operate in remote, distributed teams across time zones.
- Demonstrated ownership of Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with core product tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
- Practical experience applying AI in daily product workflows.
Responsibilities
- Run and continuously improve the product delivery rhythm.
- Maintain a clear, structured, and well-prioritised backlog.
- Translate product strategy into detailed user stories and product specs.
- Define and track metrics for progress and quality.
- Manage roadmap visibility and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead internal product discovery and capture feedback.
- Validate ideas through structured exploration.
- Apply AI tools across product workflows.
- Identify opportunities to evolve operations using automation.
