Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a human resources role
- Strong interest in developing deep Human Resources expertise, particularly in compensation administration and employee relations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, accept feedback, and apply learning quickly
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace: Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.
- Ability to learn HRIS systems
- SHRM (SHRM-CP) or HRCI (PHR) certification (ideal candidate)
- Advanced HR degree (e.g., Master’s in HR, I/O Psychology, or related field) (ideal candidate)
- Additional human resource experience specific to compensation and/or employee relations (ideal candidate)
- A passion for higher education (ideal candidate)
