Responsibilities
- Operate and improve the advocacy engine
- Develop repeatable sourcing workflows across Sales, CS, and PMM
- Create reusable templates, kits, and tools for evidence production
- Help build and maintain systems like evidence pipelines, permissions tracking, content libraries, and self-serve discovery tools using Coda, Salesforce, and AI solutions
- Tell powerful customer stories through clear, compelling content about Fin's impact
- Extract transformation arcs and convey before-and-after narratives
- Write sharp, clear narratives for long-form case studies, short-form social proof, sales-ready slides, event materials, and experimental formats
- Produce video content including planning shoots, directing interviews, and working with editors
- Own and grow advocacy programs for user-generated content and public storytelling
- Run and optimise review site campaigns across G2 and TrustRadius (outreach, incentives, response management, leveraging awards)
- Design gifting and recognition initiatives for customer advocacy
- Partner with Sales, PMM, Product, and Brand to align customer stories with launches, campaigns, and competitive positioning
- Embed proof into deal cycles, outbound sequences, and sales enablement
- Build trusted relationships with customers for public storytelling, testimonials, and co-marketing opportunities
- Manage details like permissions, approvals, logo rights, and client sign-offs
- Design AI-augmented workflows and build prompt frameworks and semi-automated systems
- Continuously experiment with new tools and workflows to increase speed
- Ship consistently, ensuring meaningful output each week
- Travel regularly for company events, team offsites, and customer meetings, including international travel
