Requirements
- 5+ years of ONSITE, Event Management in Enterprise markets with large-scale audiences
- Event management tools: CVENT, GES, Jiffle, InfoSec, CASPR, ASANA
- Marketing Events with 500+ attendees
- Large Trade Shows
- Booth Management
- A “Do What It Takes” Team player who leads by example demonstrating how to work productively and with a positive attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate grace-under pressure
- Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate the team and encourage them to work together to achieve a common goal
- Pays attention to detail and can multi-task (spreadsheets and checklists are your best friend)
- Excellent time management with the ability to ensure stakeholders meet deadlines
- Effective communicator with superb written and verbal skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity when interacting with C-level executives, suppliers, attendees, speakers and talent
- Strong people skills
- An independent problem solver who is solution oriented and takes initiative without being prompted
- Basic understanding of technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace
- Capable of producing executive level PowerPoint slides for meetings
- Comfortable building and maintaining a registration page for a hybrid event with 20k+ total registrations
- Strong understanding of post-event metrics and their importance to the overall event success
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Project Management tools
- Comfortable using Webex collaboration software as main communication tool
- Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
- Lead the final planning and execution of large-scale, enterprise-level events.
- Ensure seamless delivery and high-impact experiences for global audiences.
- Maintain operational excellence across key client engagements through coordination, stakeholder alignment, and onsite execution.
- Manage CCW 2026 planning calls, onsite support, and post-event tasks.
- Act as POC for Jiffle meetings management tool for CCW and Infocomm 2026.
- Support WebexOne 2026 with sponsorship fulfillment, speaker management, and onsite coordination of swag and activations.
- Coordinate/support third party events like Microsoft Ignite 2026 and NRF 2027.
