Requirements

- 3+ years experience with ASP.NET Core
- 5+ years experience in Software Engineering
- Must be based in LATAM
- English level - C1 or C2
- Fintech experience is a plus
- Experience developing AI-powered applications is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable services with .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams for seamless data flow and system reliability.
- Optimize performance and enhance system architecture.
- Apply best practices in software development, security, and deployment.
- Operate as a product engineer focused on solving real user and business problems.
- Work in an AI-first development flow using tools like OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot.
- Uphold a high quality bar, writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Drive technical improvements across the codebase.
- Be a first responder for production, diagnosing incidents using DataDog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Microsoft Azure.
