Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience supporting accounting systems, ERP platforms, or finance operations in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, including reporting, workflows, and configuration support.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations processes.
- Experience working closely with accounting teams in support, systems, or operational roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical and business requirements clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as procurement platforms, billing systems, or payment integrations is a plus.
- Exposure to system support, help desk operations, or finance systems implementation is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, and resolve support requests from accounting and finance teams using collaboration and ticketing tools.
- Provide end-user support for ERP systems, including reporting, saved searches, workflow troubleshooting, and minor configuration changes.
- Collaborate with accounting, revenue, and international finance teams to support daily operations and month-end close activities.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system enhancements and scalable workflow solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for system processes, updates, integrations, and operational procedures.
- Support procure-to-pay workflows and assist in optimizing finance system integrations and automation efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on system launches, new financial entities, and banking or payroll implementations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and system performance.
- Assist in defining best practices for business systems support and operational governance.
