- Background in Accounting or related field
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- 3+ years of experience working in or closely with Accounting teams at a SaaS or tech company
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
- Experience creating reports in NetSuite
- Experience with saved searches in NetSuite
- Experience navigating workflows in NetSuite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage support requests from Accounting and Finance teams using Slack and Asana
- Investigate and resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate teammate based on complexity and ownership matrix
- Provide end-user support in NetSuite, focusing on saved searches, reporting, and minor customizations (e.g., forms, records, workflows)
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Corporate, and International Accounting partners on daily and month-end system needs
- Maintain clear documentation for support processes, system changes, and known issues
- Contribute to small-scale systems improvements and operational efficiency projects
