Requirements
- 5+ years in PM (e-commerce, fintech, or healthtech) or a strong engineering background with a shift into product
- Hands-on AI use (built prototypes, automated workflows, or compressed delivery cycles with LLMs)
- Technical depth in modern web stacks (Next.js, Node.js, REST/tRPC)
- Commercial fluency (reason about LTV, CAC, margin, and conversion)
- Proven ability to write tickets AI coding agents and engineers can execute with minimal back-and-forth
- Experience owning subscription or order-lifecycle state machines
- High agency
- Ability to read AI-generated code, spot breaks, and redirect
- Understanding of unit economics, LTV/CAC, funnel math, and margin
- Opinions about API design, data modeling, and system reliability
- Experience shipping on Next.js/Node.js
- Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC2 compliance
Responsibilities
- Own the Consumer Mobile App for daily use health & treatment tracking
- Own E-commerce including storefront, catalog, dynamic pricing, and checkout
- Own Subscriptions & Billing including recurring billing, lifecycle, and dunning
- Own Clinical Platform including EMR integration, intake flows, and provider UX
- Own AI Features including LLM-powered documentation, workflow automation, and agentic ops
- Own New Initiatives such as Sermorelin, peptides, NAD+ intake overhaul, and website redesign
- Write precise, structured, and unambiguous tickets for AI coding agents to execute
- Ship with AI, prototyping functional flows before engineering is involved
- Prioritize for commercial impact, modeling and defending roadmap trade-offs
- Own interlocking systems end to end, understanding state machines deeply
- Engage at the architecture level with opinions about API design, data modeling, and system reliability
- Drive the consumer loop, focusing on DAU, cohort retention, push open rates, and conversion
- Design around compliance (HIPAA and SOC2) from day one
