Requirements
- Significant experience in product management roles focused on data, analytics, or AI platforms and products
- Consulting experience with external clients, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, including business development
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms and complementary tooling
- Understanding of data modeling/semantic modeling, analytics, and how AI/ML applications solve business problems
- Familiarity with data and AI architecture and governance concepts
- Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical) in an agile environment
- Demonstrated strength in client relationship management
- Strong grasp of agile and product development life cycles, including backlog management, iterative delivery, and KPI-driven decision making
- Experience working within change-heavy transformations (digital, data, analytics, AI), with an understanding of change management principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project and product management tools
- Familiarity with AI-enabled execution tooling
- Willingness to travel as required by clients
Responsibilities
- Own solution vision and roadmap at the engagement level for client data and AI platforms/products
- Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your engagements
- Translate business needs into actionable technical direction
- Lead planning and execution using agile practices
- Establish and operationalize KPIs for business, customer, product, and teams within your engagements
- Ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions through testing, validation, stakeholder feedback, and iteration
- Contribute to business development by informing solution narratives and providing input to proposals
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data, analytics, and AI
