Requirements

  • Significant experience in product management roles focused on data, analytics, or AI platforms and products
  • Consulting experience with external clients, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, including business development
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms and complementary tooling
  • Understanding of data modeling/semantic modeling, analytics, and how AI/ML applications solve business problems
  • Familiarity with data and AI architecture and governance concepts
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical) in an agile environment
  • Demonstrated strength in client relationship management, building trusted relationships and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong grasp of agile and product development life cycles, including backlog management, iterative delivery, and KPI-driven decision making
  • Experience working within change-heavy transformations (digital, data, analytics, AI), with an understanding of change management principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with project and product management tools and familiarity with AI-enabled execution tooling
  • Willingness to travel as required by clients

Responsibilities

  • Own solution vision and roadmap at the engagement level for client data and AI platforms/products, aligning to business objectives and helping clients advance their data maturity.
  • Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for engagements, clarifying objectives, defining KPIs, and ensuring outcomes map to client value.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical direction, working with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders to define solution scope and requirements.
  • Lead planning and execution using agile practices, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and managing risk.
  • Establish and operationalize KPIs for business, customer, product, and teams within engagements, monitoring performance and driving data-informed adjustments.
  • Ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions through testing, validation, stakeholder feedback, and iteration.
  • Contribute to business development by informing solution narratives, providing input to proposals, and joining client discussions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data, analytics, and AI, bringing relevant ideas into client engagements.
