Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Have a troubleshooting and analytical perspective
- CRM systems expertise
- Strong analytical thinking and reading skills
- Proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
