- Analytical rigor to measure success by quantifiable achievements and prove ROI
- Ability to integrate AI tools to automate routine distribution tasks and brainstorm creative copy
- Eye for quality and ability to lead agencies or freelancers to produce top-tier visual and video assets
Responsibilities
- Design and operate the "content-to-pipeline" system across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit
- Master content distribution to ensure technical narratives are seen by the right stakeholders at the right time
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns with a focus on experimentation, precision targeting, and measurable pipeline impact
- Act as the strategic partner to leadership, translating their technical expertise into high-impact thought leadership and building a scalable advocacy program
- Direct our video content strategy, working with external partners to transform live sessions and product demos into reusable, high-engagement assets
- Build a structured reporting framework that provides clear visibility into how social activity and paid spend drive traffic, engagement, and revenue
