Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing operations roles
  • Experience with ecommerce SaaS is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience across multiple demand generation channels including paid media, email, SEO, SEM, content, and events
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and ABM platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting dashboards and optimizing campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, and experimental channels
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Chili Piper) ensuring accurate setup and data integrity
  • Build and maintain landing pages, lead forms, and automated workflows to support campaign execution
  • Oversee lead routing, scoring, attribution, and ensure seamless handoff to sales teams
  • Develop and deploy segmented email nurture and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Run ongoing growth experiments to identify new acquisition and conversion opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
  • Support ABM initiatives and cross-functional projects with Sales, Partnerships, and RevOps teams
  • Build targeted audience segments using intent, engagement, and firmographic data
