Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in U.S. healthcare call center / patient support / customer service
  • Fluent English with neutral accent (U.S. communication)
  • Experience in outbound calling
  • Comfortable with CRM tools
  • Comfortable with Google Suite
  • Comfortable with multitasking
  • Reliable internet
  • Dedicated workspace
  • Experience in RPM / CCM / Telehealth (preferred)
  • Basic medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
  • Device onboarding / tech support experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with U.S. clients (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to enroll patients into RPM/CCM programs
  • Explain services and obtain patient consent
  • Assist with device setup (BP monitors, etc.)
  • Handle patient queries via calls & email (24-hour SLA)
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
  • Troubleshoot basic device/connectivity issues
  • Escalate clinical or technical concerns
