Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI solutions within ServiceNow
Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI
Strong hands-on expertise in Now Assist
Strong hands-on expertise in Virtual Agent
Strong hands-on expertise in Predictive Intelligence
Strong hands-on expertise in Task Intelligence
Strong hands-on expertise in AICT
Solid understanding of LLM architecture
Solid understanding of prompt engineering
Solid understanding of RAG frameworks
Solid understanding of AI validation methodologies
Experience designing Agentic AI orchestration and autonomous workflow solutions
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
Strong knowledge of CMDB
Strong knowledge of integrations
Strong knowledge of security best practices
Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-led connectivity
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
CIS-ITSM preferred
Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
AI-related certifications preferred
Strong experience in Agile, SAFe, or enterprise delivery frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills
Ability to drive architectural governance and define enterprise AI standards.
