Requirements

  • 4+ Years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
  • Hands-on or functional knowledge of Predictive Intelligence
  • Hands-on or functional knowledge of Virtual Agent
  • Hands-on or functional knowledge of Now Assist
  • Hands-on or functional knowledge of AI / Automation
  • Good understanding of ITSM / ITOM processes
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts (Preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.) (Preferred)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environment (Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into ServiceNow AI-based solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement features like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist
  • Identify opportunities for process automation using AI
  • Work on workflow optimization and process improvement
  • Support implementation of Agentic AI solutions
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
  • Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams
  • Conduct user training and drive adoption of AI solutions
