Requirements
- 4+ Years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Hands-on or functional knowledge of Predictive Intelligence
- Hands-on or functional knowledge of Virtual Agent
- Hands-on or functional knowledge of Now Assist
- Hands-on or functional knowledge of AI / Automation
- Good understanding of ITSM / ITOM processes
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.) (Preferred)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow AI-based solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement features like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist
- Identify opportunities for process automation using AI
- Work on workflow optimization and process improvement
- Support implementation of Agentic AI solutions
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams
- Conduct user training and drive adoption of AI solutions
