Requirements
- 4+ years in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace marketing
- Hands-on Amazon expertise across advertising, retail fundamentals, and platform tools/programs
- Experience in an agency environment, ideally marketplace or eCommerce-focused
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships
- Ability to align on business goals and translate strategy into measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Highly organized
- Commercially sharp
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Comfortable in data-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships end-to-end - serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders (including C-suite), lead all meetings and presentations, manage expectations, and build lasting trust.
- Drive marketplace strategy - develop annual brand strategies, marketing and promotional plans, and supply chain recommendations. Identify new workstreams and upsell opportunities proactively.
- Execute and manage cross-functional delivery - coordinate with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Own reporting, recaps, and action items.
- Stay ahead of the platform - monitor Amazon and marketplace updates, communicate relevant changes to clients, and translate new opportunities into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to agency growth - support new business pitches, develop internal best practices and SOPs, contribute to agency thought leadership, and run onboarding/training sessions as needed.
