Requirements

  • 4+ years in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace marketing
  • Hands-on Amazon expertise across advertising, retail fundamentals, and platform tools/programs
  • Experience in an agency environment, ideally marketplace or eCommerce-focused
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships
  • Ability to align on business goals and translate strategy into measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Highly organized
  • Commercially sharp
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Comfortable in data-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships end-to-end - serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders (including C-suite), lead all meetings and presentations, manage expectations, and build lasting trust.
  • Drive marketplace strategy - develop annual brand strategies, marketing and promotional plans, and supply chain recommendations. Identify new workstreams and upsell opportunities proactively.
  • Execute and manage cross-functional delivery - coordinate with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Own reporting, recaps, and action items.
  • Stay ahead of the platform - monitor Amazon and marketplace updates, communicate relevant changes to clients, and translate new opportunities into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to agency growth - support new business pitches, develop internal best practices and SOPs, contribute to agency thought leadership, and run onboarding/training sessions as needed.
