Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Customer Success with daily operations, client communications, and strategic projects
  • Act as a responsive point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and quick problem resolution
  • Proactively learn the hospitality ecosystem, including how online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) operate
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) to maintain accurate account records and track client interactions
  • Assist with account set-ups, listing optimizations, and general administrative tasks to ensure the team meets its goals
  • Work toward clear milestones to transition from a support role to an independent Account Manager
