- Previous software business analysis experience with SaaS-based products required
- 1-2 years working in SaaS product owner management
- Ability to quickly come up to speed with a complex industry and wide feature set
- Ability to operate calmly in fast paced and dynamic environment
- Background in Agile product development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer and team feedback to develop strategies and plans to deliver customer outcomes
- Ability to think critically, analytically, and practically
- Strong organizational skills
- Intermediate to Strong Generative AI literacy skills & Prompting ability
- Experience with telemetry tools such as Grafana traces and App Insights (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements and an ordered backlog for engineering teams
- Own and continuously refine the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements to maximize customer and business value
- Partner with Product Managers and UX through discovery, prototyping, and customer validation to shape high-impact solutions
- Act as the voice of the customer for your scrum team, ensuring requirements are well-defined, understood, and aligned to outcomes
- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, provide clarifications, review deliverables, and support user acceptance testing
- Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and communicate status and timelines to stakeholders
- Ensure features are correctly scoped, quality-tested, documented, and ready for successful release
- Support go-to-market efforts, including internal enablement (Sales, Support, Onboarding) and launch readiness activities
- Drive continuous improvement within the scrum team to enhance quality, efficiency, and collaboration
- Contribute to a strong culture of transparency, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration across Cin7
