- 5+ years in growth/product marketing (SaaS/tech/ed-tech)
- Master level email + lifecycle marketing experience
- Proven ownership of revenue or growth
- Experience with product launches
- Solid analytics skills (attribution, CRO, product analytics)
- Talent for high-converting copy across email and webpages
- Excellent async communication (Slack, Notion, Loom)
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI as a force multiplier
Responsibilities
- Own growth and product marketing end-to-end with a primary focus on Unlearn.dev
- Drive acquisition, activation, and revenue
- Shape product positioning, launches, and pricing
- Execute across email, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
- Continuously improve performance across the entire funnel
- Scale B2C revenue further
- Explore, shape, and build B2B growth from the ground up
- Work directly with the leadership team and CEO to shape strategy and make high-impact decisions
- Lead and execute 360 marketing functions
- Build and scale growth engines (email, SEO, content)
- Own the CRM with approx 500,000 contacts (customer.io)
- Run go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Optimize funnels, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys
- Own analytics, attribution, and ARR reporting
- Manage partners and affiliate channels
- Bring ideas to life, working async with devs/design (specs, briefs, execution)
- Use AI to research, write, and ship faster
- Use AI to build automated marketing workflows
- Use AI to run campaigns end-to-end with leverage
