  • 5+ years in growth/product marketing (SaaS/tech/ed-tech)
  • Master level email + lifecycle marketing experience
  • Proven ownership of revenue or growth
  • Experience with product launches
  • Solid analytics skills (attribution, CRO, product analytics)
  • Talent for high-converting copy across email and webpages
  • Excellent async communication (Slack, Notion, Loom)
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI as a force multiplier

Responsibilities

  • Own growth and product marketing end-to-end with a primary focus on Unlearn.dev
  • Drive acquisition, activation, and revenue
  • Shape product positioning, launches, and pricing
  • Execute across email, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Continuously improve performance across the entire funnel
  • Scale B2C revenue further
  • Explore, shape, and build B2B growth from the ground up
  • Work directly with the leadership team and CEO to shape strategy and make high-impact decisions
  • Lead and execute 360 marketing functions
  • Build and scale growth engines (email, SEO, content)
  • Own the CRM with approx 500,000 contacts (customer.io)
  • Run go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Optimize funnels, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys
  • Own analytics, attribution, and ARR reporting
  • Manage partners and affiliate channels
  • Bring ideas to life, working async with devs/design (specs, briefs, execution)
  • Use AI to research, write, and ship faster
  • Use AI to build automated marketing workflows
  • Use AI to run campaigns end-to-end with leverage
