Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development
  • SaaS or education technology experience is a plus
  • Strong ‘hunter’ mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using digital tools and multi-channel outreach strategies including email, phone, and video prospecting

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead qualification by responding quickly to website, campaign, webinar, and event-generated prospects, engaging them with tailored messaging and booking discovery meetings for sales teams.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using multi-channel outreach (email, phone, video, and social media) to identify and engage decision-makers across target markets.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists in collaboration with Account Executives and marketing stakeholders, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking using tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure data integrity and visibility.
  • Drive a high volume of qualified meetings that convert into sales opportunities and contribute directly to revenue generation.
  • Support sales execution through coordination of campaigns, events, trade shows, and administrative sales enablement tasks when needed.
