  • Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Comfort working in remote environments and managing distributed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, documentation, and milestone tracking to ensure full visibility of progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, facilitating regular status updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including onboarding, technical implementation, sales, product, and customer success to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively communicating challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Monitor project performance against timelines and KPIs, ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction standards are met.
  • Track deliverables, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure alignment with leadership on priorities and resourcing.
  • Drive process consistency and continuous improvement by refining project workflows and documenting best practices.
  • Prepare regular reporting for leadership, including project updates, risks, performance metrics, and success outcomes.
  • Support system setup, configuration, and integration activities in collaboration with technical teams.
