Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, unified communications, collaboration technologies, or technical pre-sales/customer-facing engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, conferencing, voice, and SaaS collaboration platforms.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within solution sales cycles and supporting enterprise customers in a consultative capacity.
- Familiarity with traditional voice systems, network concepts, and end-to-end IT environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data (e.g., packet captures) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and comfort working in a rapidly evolving SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and present next-generation communication and collaboration solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging a broad SaaS platform ecosystem.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and lead proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective and existing customers.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear solution architectures and measurable business outcomes.
- Communicate the competitive value of the platform, positioning it effectively against alternative UCaaS and CCaaS offerings.
- Support the preparation of RFQs/RFPs, solution documentation, and technical responses in collaboration with sales teams.
- Assist in scoping professional services engagements and ensuring successful handoff to implementation teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to influence roadmap priorities and enhance customer experience.
