  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers to drive strong commercial performance and brand consistency
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Translate overarching retail and commercial strategies into clear, actionable plans for regional execution
  • Ensure consistent delivery of premium retail standards across all partner stores, including visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Conduct store visits and provide hands-on coaching to enhance in-store storytelling and customer experience
  • Strengthen relationships with independent retail partners, acting as a senior escalation point when needed
  • Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and key retail metrics, ensuring targets are met without compromising brand positioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales, and planning) to ensure seamless execution and support for retailers
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights, identifying opportunities to improve retail performance and customer engagement
