Requirements

- Ideally within independent or premium retail environments
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to achieve high standards of retail execution and commercial success
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience principles
- Experience working with independent retailers and managing diverse market environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passion for retail, brand storytelling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers to drive strong commercial performance and brand consistency
- Build and maintain a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Translate overarching retail and commercial strategies into clear, actionable plans for regional execution
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium retail standards across all partner stores, including visual merchandising and product presentation
- Conduct store visits and provide hands-on coaching to enhance in-store storytelling and customer experience
- Strengthen relationships with independent retail partners, acting as a senior escalation point when needed
- Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and key retail metrics, ensuring targets are met without compromising brand positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales, and planning) to ensure seamless execution and support for retailers
- Deliver regular reporting and insights, identifying opportunities to improve retail performance and customer engagement
