Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years leadership experience in Sales Development (SaaS or Cloud-Umfeld)
  • Experience scaling or building teams
  • HubSpot Power-User
  • Knowledge of Lusha/Sales Nav
  • Familiarity with modern Outbound-Methoden (Social Selling, Personalized Video)
  • Analytical skills (Excel, MQL, SQL understanding)
  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 Level)
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 Level)

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop a team of 5-7 SDRs, spending 50% of time on call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s
  • Develop individual ramp-up plans (30/60/90 days) and ensure SDRs meet their goals
  • Establish a learning culture and build the PCG Sales Academy to develop junior talents
  • Lead the recruiting process for new SDRs, using scorecards to hire "A-Players"
  • Take ownership of HubSpot processes, ensuring clean data for sequences, lead statuses, and tasks
  • Implement data-driven management using KPIs (Conversion Rates, Show Rates, Time-to-Action) to identify funnel bottlenecks
  • Define Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO) and ensure clean handoffs to Sales Managers
  • Design playbooks with Vertical Leads and Marketing for scripts and email templates to translate hero products into business value
  • Optimize processes for ultra-fast handling of marketing leads (< 60 Min.) and strategic outbound hunting
