Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience within class action and/or mass tort legal markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in software, SaaS, or legal technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of class action/mass tort litigation processes and discovery workflows.
  • Existing relationships within law firms operating in relevant practice areas (e.g., securities, antitrust, environmental litigation).
  • Experience selling complex, value-based solutions to legal professionals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a territory to maximize revenue potential and long-term account growth.
  • Drive new business development by identifying, engaging, and converting class action and mass tort law firms into active clients.
  • Build and execute account plans to expand relationships, increase product adoption, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed quota, continuously tracking performance and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales activity reporting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on litigation discovery challenges and positioning tailored solutions.
