  • 3–7+ years in performance marketing or growth roles
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Track record of improving conversion rates
  • Track record of improving CAC efficiency
  • Strong analytical instincts (know how to turn data into action)
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Basic design skills (for creating ads)
  • Focus on real outcomes (revenue and conversion quality)
  • Ability to use latest technology and tools to experiment quickly
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate often
  • Both creative and analytical (can write copy and read a funnel)
  • Takes ownership (sees problems and fixes them)
  • Cares about building systems that scale
  • Experience with Healthcare, caregiving, Medicare, or other trust-sensitive categories (bonus)
  • Experience with Referral marketing or partnership-driven growth (bonus)
  • Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, PostHog, Customer.io, or similar tools (bonus)
  • Experience with Content marketing, SEO, or thought leadership amplification (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Drive improvements in Cost per consult, Consult-to-booking rate, and Cost per billable session
  • Create new ads (basic design skills)
  • Test new creative angles, messaging, audiences, offers, and conversion paths
  • Make clear, data-driven recommendations on budget allocation and scaling
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and scheduling flows
  • Identify drop-off points from Ad click → consult, Consult → booked session, Booked → billable
  • Run structured experiments across headlines, messaging, page layouts, UX, CTAs, and form design
  • Build a more predictable, testable acquisition system
  • Help identify and develop referral and partnership channels
  • Support outbound efforts with messaging and lightweight campaigns
  • Contribute to content and SEO initiatives tied to caregiver intent
  • Reinforce campaign themes across organic and social channels
