Requirements
- 5+ years in BSB SaaS growth marketing
- 2+ years at director level or above
- Personally managed Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic ad accounts
- HubSpot admin experience (workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene)
- GA4 and GTM fluency (sets up events and builds funnel reports)
- SEO hands-on execution (keyword research in SEMrush/Ahrefs, backlinks, on-page optimization)
- Strong writer (headlines, ad copy, landing pages, scripts)
- AI-native operator (daily AI tool user, built/orchestrated agentic automations)
- Autonomous operator (builds plans given goals)
Responsibilities
- Own channel strategy across paid, organic, affiliate/partner, events, and outbound
- Oversee paid media: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and TikTok
- Direct SEO and content in partnership with agency partners
- Manage partner/affiliate program mechanics: payments, enablement, link management, performance measurement
- Administer HubSpot: workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene
- Validate attribution and present weekly L10 growth metrics to the CEO
- Manage full cycle event management for key industry events
- Design, build, or buy, and continuously improve agentic marketing systems and automations
