Requirements

  • 5+ years in BSB SaaS growth marketing
  • 2+ years at director level or above
  • Personally managed Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic ad accounts
  • HubSpot admin experience (workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene)
  • GA4 and GTM fluency (sets up events and builds funnel reports)
  • SEO hands-on execution (keyword research in SEMrush/Ahrefs, backlinks, on-page optimization)
  • Strong writer (headlines, ad copy, landing pages, scripts)
  • AI-native operator (daily AI tool user, built/orchestrated agentic automations)
  • Autonomous operator (builds plans given goals)

Responsibilities

  • Own channel strategy across paid, organic, affiliate/partner, events, and outbound
  • Oversee paid media: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and TikTok
  • Direct SEO and content in partnership with agency partners
  • Manage partner/affiliate program mechanics: payments, enablement, link management, performance measurement
  • Administer HubSpot: workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene
  • Validate attribution and present weekly L10 growth metrics to the CEO
  • Manage full cycle event management for key industry events
  • Design, build, or buy, and continuously improve agentic marketing systems and automations
