  • Ability to manage contact inboxes and handle diverse inquiries
  • Experience coordinating with external partners like pharmacies and doctors
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Skill in developing social content calendars
  • Experience in creating various content formats (reels, carousels, stills, stories)
  • Ability to translate and localize content from English to German
  • Experience with campaign planning and cultural relevance
  • Familiarity with tracking performance against KPIs
  • Experience with ecommerce support and community management (Meta Business Suite, Trustpilot)

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Releaf central contact inbox via Front
  • Handling inbound enquiries from patients, organisations, and cooperation partners
  • Responding to patient queries relating to delivery times and delays, refund requests, payment methods, out-of-stock orders, and prescription copy requests
  • Coordinating with pharmacies and acting as the connector between patients, pharmacies, and doctors
  • Handling apology communications and goodwill gestures where appropriate
  • Answering questions about medication doses and usage in coordination with the clinical team
  • Managing and growing the Releaf social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Developing and owning the DE social content calendar
  • Creating platform-appropriate content across formats - reels, carousels, stills, and stories
  • Translating and localising communications, copy, and website content from English to German
  • Contributing to campaign planning and flagging key German cultural moments and dates
  • Tracking performance against weekly and quarterly KPIs
  • Supporting the build and launch of the Releaf Accessories shop
  • Monitoring and responding to comments via Meta Business Suite
  • Responding to Releaf DE's Trustpilot reviews
