- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate independent practice; 2 years of independent practice experience strongly preferred
Requirements
- Actively licensed as NP in good standing in at least 5 states
- At least 3 of those states must be AZ, WA, PA, MN, CA, TX, or NY
- Board certified as FNP, AGNP, or ACNP by the ANCC or AANP
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate independent practice
- 2 years of independent practice experience strongly preferred
- Comfort with technology
- Professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Telemedicine or virtual care experience is an asset
- Availability to work minimum of 10 hours/week
- Night and weekend availability strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct video and phone evaluations (both scheduled and on-demand)
- Conduct asynchronous communication with patients (adults and children)
- Provide urgent care treatment for various conditions, including seasonal allergies, cold/flu symptoms, and more
- Serve a diverse patient population
