Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in HR, compliance, or audit roles
- Experience within a multinational or complex organizational environment
- Strong HR domain knowledge
- Solid understanding of compliance, audit frameworks, and internal controls
- Experience working in global or multi-country environments with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, payroll platforms, and time & attendance tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose effective control improvements
- Highly collaborative, energetic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple compliance priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and coordination of global HR Services audit and compliance programs, ensuring alignment across countries and functions.
- Design, implement, and maintain internal controls for HR Services, ensuring consistency with global governance frameworks.
- Review and assess local HR internal controls, determining gaps and alignment with global standards.
- Oversee audit processes for HR systems such as Workday, payroll, and time & attendance security roles.
- Coordinate audit findings resolution and collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement corrective actions.
- Manage HR risk reporting activities, including periodic assessments and global compliance reporting cycles.
- Design and execute pre-audit readiness assessments and ensure ongoing preparedness across HR operations.
- Contribute to the management of data security incidents by supporting communication and response planning.
