Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Administration
- Experience within a multi-country or European context
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of European HR practices, labor laws, and data privacy regulations (including GDPR)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with employees and stakeholders
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in an additional European language (such as German, French, or Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including pre-boarding, onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding across multiple European countries
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee records, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems, while coordinating closely with Payroll for updates such as hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support compliance with European labor laws and data privacy standards, including GDPR requirements
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and increased efficiency
- Participate in and lead regional or global People projects, including system enhancements, policy rollouts, and operational initiatives
- Develop and maintain clear documentation such as guides, FAQs, and process workflows to support internal stakeholders
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve People Operations processes, employee self-service, and overall operational effectiveness
