Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Administration
  • Experience within a multi-country or European context
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Solid understanding of European HR practices, labor laws, and data privacy regulations (including GDPR)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with employees and stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Proficiency in an additional European language (such as German, French, or Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including pre-boarding, onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding across multiple European countries
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee records, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems, while coordinating closely with Payroll for updates such as hires, terminations, and compensation changes
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support compliance with European labor laws and data privacy standards, including GDPR requirements
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and increased efficiency
  • Participate in and lead regional or global People projects, including system enhancements, policy rollouts, and operational initiatives
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation such as guides, FAQs, and process workflows to support internal stakeholders
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve People Operations processes, employee self-service, and overall operational effectiveness
