Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (preferably focused on tech roles)
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Understanding of technical skills (JavaScript, Python, AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Ability to assess resumes
- Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level required)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Experience sourcing for U.S. or international SaaS companies (preferred)
- Familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical sourcing platforms (preferred)
- Background in agency or RPO environments (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Identify top engineering talent across Latin America for U.S. SaaS clients
- Partner closely with Talent Partners and Recruitment Operations team to build pipelines
- Source top engineering candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels
- Build and maintain clean, well-documented pipelines in our ATS
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies
- Engage candidates with personalized outreach and pre-qualify them for technical and English fluency
- Track sourcing metrics and continuously improve search techniques
- Stay up-to-date on tech trends and where the best talent is located in LatAm
