Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills
- High proficiency in NetSuite
- Accounting accreditation or equivalent (or in progress)
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable and self-sufficient
- Ability to take ownership and ask great questions
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping: reconciliations, A/P, A/R, collections, journal entries, and accurate ledgers
- Aid with Month-End and Year-End Close: Prepare schedules, tie out balance sheets, and deliver timely, error-free reporting
- Accurately and consistently record adjusting entries, prepaids, and accruals
- Identify automation opportunities and suggest workflow enhancements
