  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident on camera
  • High empathy and patience
  • Organized and reliable
  • Ability to manage many conversations at once
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekend coverage

Responsibilities

  • Actively moderate and engage with our creator communities via platforms like WhatsApp, Discord, And FB Groups
  • Provide rapid support and swiftly resolve incoming creator inquiries
  • Act as an advisor and cheerleader by offering creators content coaching, constructive feedback, and hype
  • Monitor content trends, overall brand sentiment, and the health of the community
  • Build and consistently maintain strong relationships with emerging, high-potential creators
