Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development experience
- Experience working with C#/.NET and Typescript
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and modern frontend applications
- Experience owning features or products end-to-end (design, development, delivery, iteration)
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to define requirements and drive product direction
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing/prioritizing backlog work
- AZ900 and AI900 certifications (preferred and required to obtain within 180 days if not already certified)
- Professional Scrum Developer and Professional Scrum Product Owner certification (a plus)
- Strong proficiency in .NET
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Angular preferred)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with Docker and containerized application development
- Experience working with relational databases and data modeling
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to influence decisions and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions with .NET and Angular
- Design and implement solutions to complex technical problems, balancing performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., code-completion, AI-driven test-case generation) to accelerate design, implementation, and quality-assurance within the full SDLC
- Lead projects effectively, managing timelines and deliverables with a high degree of competence and independence
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing expertise in the architectural design and implementation of new applications and features
- Act as a mentor and guide for junior engineers
- Employ advanced problem-solving techniques to address problems of diverse scope, analyze data effectively, and develop innovative solutions
- Build and enhance relationships with senior internal and external partners, aligning technical solutions with business needs
- Collaborate with the Talent team to actively engage in the hiring and recruitment process, including participating in interviews
- Be available for on-call duty during peak periods
