Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Onpage SEO, Content SEO, and Technical SEO.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO in similar roles (SEO Analyst/Specialist/Manager).
  • Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Proficient in Organic Search tools and platforms (Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Screaming Frog).
  • Proficient in using GA4 data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for client-facing communication.
  • Experience in Ecommerce SEO and Shopify SEO (plus).
  • Experience with site migrations (plus).
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) (plus).
  • Python / SQL experience (plus).
  • Business experience and not only SEO scope (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Enhancing online presence and contributing to growth strategies through effective SEO practices.
  • Own client-facing communication in English.
  • Crawl sites using Screaming Frog.
  • Make technical SEO audits & technical recommendations around web structure, interlinking, canonicalization and/or cannibalization, crawl budget optimization and more.
  • Make content strategies aligned with Organic and business goals (around sales / lead acquisition).
  • Make content briefs for specific clients.
  • Make content optimization for specific clients.
  • Make reports on understanding Organic Performance of a business (both up or downtrends) to later make conclusions / recommendations.
  • Be proficient working with Organic Search tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Be proficient using GA4 data to create personalized reports with Metrics / Dimensions and analyze Digital performance.
  • Triage and prioritize existing SEO efforts to maximize immediate improvement opportunities and revenue generation.
  • Organic Performance benchmarking and competition analysis.
  • GAP analysis (content, link building and more).
  • Properly use AI/LLMs (to speed up processes / to analyse data that will land in clear insights, not just copying and pasting info)โ€‹.
