Requirements
- Proven experience implementing and managing CRMs

- In-depth knowledge of list segmentation
- Ability to design and optimize email marketing campaigns within HubSpot
- Ability to design and optimize landing pages within HubSpot
- Ability to design and optimize forms within HubSpot
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software Certification) are a strong plus
- Strong analytical thinking
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Sales and Marketing Hubs, including data migration, custom property creation, and initial setup.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automated workflows for lead generation and nurturing.
- Optimize sales pipelines, configure deal stages, and collaborate with sales teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify) and ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices and new features.
